Terms of Service
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using this website (the "Service"), operated by Greystone Pickleball Club ("us," "we," or "our") for our indoor pickleball club at 900 N Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Michigan law. If you are under 18, you warrant that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Bookings & Purchases
Court reservations, open play, lessons, clinics, leagues, and membership purchases ("Purchases") are made through our third-party booking platform, PodPlay, at greystone.podplay.app, not directly through this website. When you make a Purchase there, you may be asked to supply information relevant to it, including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and contact information. That information is submitted directly to PodPlay and its payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with a Purchase, and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation or membership at any time for reasons including product or service availability, pricing or description errors, order errors, or suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions.
The Service is not designed to provide qualitative advice regarding the fitness for purpose of any product or service. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence before making a Purchase.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating the programs, pricing, and information on the Service. Content on the Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, program descriptions, and availability, and we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Content is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Accounts
This website itself does not currently offer user accounts or logins. Memberships, bookings, and event registration accounts are created and managed through our third-party booking platform, PodPlay. If you create an account there, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account, and must notify PodPlay and/or us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Greystone Pickleball Club and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from us to you.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Greystone Pickleball Club, including our booking platform, Google Maps, and social media pages. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, and are not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of them. Links are provided as a convenience and do not imply our endorsement. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us and our successors and assigns for all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including legal fees, relating to any claim arising out of your access to or use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that we are not liable for any damages suffered as a result of using the Service. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data, or goodwill), whether arising in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amounts you have paid to us.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Michigan law, including claims arising from bodily injury on our premises, which are addressed separately in our facility waiver and assumption of risk agreement signed at the club.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Advertising & Third-Party Tools
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may use third-party advertising services, such as Google Ads, which may collect data about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertising. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these practices as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party advertisers.
Changes
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
